The WSE-3T has 4 trillion transistors, 900,000 AI cores and 44 GB of on-wafer SRAM on 46,225 mm² of TSMC 5nm silicon. Cerebras unveiled it on August 18, 2026 in the CS-4, a rack-scale system with three WSE-3T wafers delivering 750 PFLOPS and 129.6 PB/s of memory bandwidth. The figures in this row are per wafer.
Cerebras said first CS-4 shipments would begin in the quarter of the announcement. Cerebras rates AI compute at 250 PFLOPS per wafer, shown as sparse FP16, with 43.2 PB/s of on-wafer SRAM bandwidth.
