This tool profiles AI labs, chip designers, memory makers, foundries, neoclouds and hyperscalers, and answers one question first: can you buy the company’s shares on an exchange, or is it privately held or owned by a listed parent?
For a listed company we give the exchange and ticker as the company states them on its investor relations page or in its SEC annual report. For a private company we give the latest funding round and valuation only as the company itself announced them on its own blog or press release, with the month. When a company has filed a registration statement for an IPO (Form S-1 or F-1), we link the filing index on SEC EDGAR. A draft submitted to the SEC confidentially is not public, so we describe the company’s own announcement of it but do not link a filing. Subsidiaries name their listed parent.
We do not publish share prices, market capitalization, secondary-market quotes or media estimates of valuation, and nothing here is investment advice. Each profile lists its sources and the date it was last checked. How we pick and check sources is set out in our editorial standards. For the accelerators these companies build, see AI chips; for model release dates, see AI models; for new campuses and compute deals, see AI data centers.
