On July 14, 2026, Pure Data Centres Group announced SJK01, an AI campus on 370 acres in Seinäjoki, Finland, developed with local partner SDC Ventures. Phase 1 is 110 MW and more than €1.5 billion; the full campus is planned at 550 MW or more, subject to permissions, and more than €7.5 billion. The company describes the build-out as a decade-long program.
Pure DC said Phase 1 is already fully leased, with the substation for the first data hall built and live and all planning permissions and power secured.
